The Palombière is a perched cabin, a nod to the regional traditions. In fact, you will discover numerous tunnels but also tours in the forest, where hunters hunt wood pigeon. The wood pigeon is a migratory bird that flies across Aquitaine during the fall season. The wood pigeon is therefore a true tradition for the people born in the region. It's a natural and sharing moment. We invite you to gain height from your perch and admire the birds but also the stars. The "Palombière" is a family lodging that will please young and old.
A natural bathing area is open freely to our visitors. You will be able to refresh during the summer season. It's also a perfect place to gather with your family and enjoy happy and unforgettable moments. The natural pool is free of chemical treatment as the water is only filtered and treated by plants. It is therefore ecological and guarantees pure and clean water similar to that of a mountain's lake.
In the meadow, at the back of the Estate, you will be able to see a trampoline and a volleyball net. We allow you to enjoy these facilities for family games. At your disposal : balls and rackets are at the reception. The meadow offers another view of the Estate and allows you to enjoy nature with your family without leaving the Estate.
For a sports activity with your family, we suggest you to go on a bike ride. It's the opportunity for the whole family to discover the region, but also to spend delightful moments. We recommend in particular the Garonne's Canal where the greenway will allow you to ride safely. If you did not bring your bike with you, no worries : our bike rental partner will bring bicycles directly to your lodging and pick them up when you want to. You can also contact the Cycles du Canal to rent your bike directly from the canal. A greenway also connects Bazas to Mios.
For thrilling holidays, we recommend Sauternes, and more precisely Bommes. You will find a beautiful Accrobranche Park passing over the Ciron river. You will also be able to do a canoe trip along the river if you want to. You will be filled of emotions during your unforgettable stay in South Gironde.
Close to the Estate, we invite you to discover the Pinpin & Pilou animal park. You will be able to organize a playful and unforgettable outing for children. Animals are diversified and receive good care. The park's team will share their daily missions and their love for animals with you and your children. EcÔtelia gives its bread leftovers to this park for the enjoyment of our animal friends.
