Our wooden lodge is a true invitation to the discovery of the wine world. You will be able to enjoy its warm interior and its wine cellar. Books are also at your disposal to learn about wine. The private spa on the outdoor terrace allows you to fully relax and will provide a touch of well-being to your stay. In an unusual setting, the Wine Lodge is a full comfort lodging and even more charming.
L’Escale, our estate's bar, offers you hot and cold drinks all year round, to enjoy the estate from your outdoor terrace. We offer organic and local products, which are part of our ecological approach. It's also the opportunity to discover our regional flavours. You will find a selection of local fine wines, to taste in your glamping lodging.
The Wine Lodge has the particularity of offering a private spa on the terrace. Heated to 38°C, the jacuzzi adds a touch of well-being to your wine-themed stay. You will thus be able to taste a bottle of wine from the cellar from your spa, in full nature.
Close to the Estate, many wineries welcome you for tours and tastings. In South Gironde, many choices are available. In fact, it is possible to discover the Sauternes area or the Graves area. The Bordelais (whole Bordeaux vineyard), true symbol of the regional viticulture, is a must-see on the wine's discovery paths. La maison du vigneron in Sauternes offers you local wines, produced in different South Gironde's wineries. If you want to buy wine for your family, it is the right place to receive good advices and a large selection.
La Cité des Civilisations du Vin, in Bordeaux, welcomes you to discover the secrets of viticulture and its story. Through various themes and playful activities, you will be able to enrich your knowledge of wine. As you will leave the city, you will be a subject-matter expert.
La Route des Vins de Bordeaux en Graves et Sauternes offers you to discover the different wineries. You will be able to choose different itinaries or simply get more information on the wine-themed activities in the region. If you want to go on an organized tour, the Tourist Office of Bazas offers many programs to guide you through the wineries. You will be able, for example, to discover two wineries with a professional guide. The Tourist Office also offers a "Yellow Gold" discovery day to taste Sauternes wine in the Chateaux Fargues and Yquem. A meal at the restaurant Claude Darroze is also planned. Rayne Vigneau Château, a family winery producer of a Grand Cru Classé de Sauternes, offers you an unusual perched tasting. After a supervised ascent with a secured climbing rope, you will enjoy a Grand Cru wine from the top of a cedar tree. It is the opportunity to combine wine and adventure.
During your glamping stay in EcÔtelia, you can add the option "aperitif basket" composed of a bottle of Sauternes wine cuvée « Raymond Louis » and a foie gras from the South West of France.
