Following the last provisions of the government facing the health crisis, the EcÔtelia Estate is currently closed until April 15, 2020.


This exceptional situation is complicated for everyone (citizens, employees, customers and businesses). Numerous exchanges with the government took place, in the presence of the unions of outdoor hotels and hoteliers. Orders have been issued to manage this situation as well as possible, the aim being not to penalize anyone and to propose solutions.


Case 1: You had made a reservation for a stay between 16/03 and 11/05


  • The stay cannot take place, following the directives of the government requesting the closing of the establishments, and we regret it.
  • If you had taken out cancellation insurance, your stay can be reimbursed because the reason has just been validated by the insurer for a stay starting before 12/05.
  • If you did not take out cancellation insurance, your reservation has been put on hold for a postponement to a later date:
    • There is no need to choose a new date immediately, you can reposition your stay when the situation allows
    • You will then find the availability of accommodation on our website: www.domaine-ecotelia.com
    • You can use a form which will be set up on our website and sent by email to choose new reservation dates.
    • If you are unable to return at another time, we suggest that you transform this reservation into a gift voucher that you can offer to the person of your choice.


In this exceptional context, we thank you for your understanding and solidarity, which will allow us all, players in tourism, to ensure the sustainability of our activities. This is why we favor these two solutions.

If however none of them suit you and you want a refund, we would then offer you, in accordance with the latest orders of March 25, 2020, a credit in the amount of the sums already paid, to be used on all the services of the Estate for a period of 18 months. It is at the end of the validity of this credit that we could proceed to the reimbursement of the sums on simple request from you.


In this case, only, please come back to us now by email, so that we can set up this credit.


Case 2: You have made a reservation for a stay positioned after 12/05 and wish to cancel it


  • To date, the reopening of the Estate is scheduled from 05/05. We will adapt this date according to the directives submitted by the government.
  • We are not currently canceling future stays.
  • You do not have to pay the balance of your stay at the moment if you do not wish to do so today. We will come back to you during the month of May in order to pay for it to keep your date of stay.
  • If the confinement period were to be extended, Case n ° 1 would be applied for the reservations concerned.


Case 3: You wish to book a stay from 12/05


  • With pleasure !
  • If this is to be placed on a close date (between 12/05 and 31/05) and you are sure of the date, we invite you to make your reservation directly via the Reservation tab.
  • If the confinement period were to be extended, Case n ° 1 would be applied for the reservations concerned.
  • If your stay is planned on a later date (after 05/31), our usual general conditions of sale apply.


Case 4: You wish to book a stay but do not yet wish to commit to a specific date:


  • We suggest that you use the Gift Voucher system. There are no additional costs. As soon as you are sure of the date of your stay, you can use the form provided for this purpose to block the date of your stay.
  • If the confinement period were to be extended, Case n ° 1 would be applied for the reservations concerned.
